Great place to stay. Employees were friendly, and the place was clean. The people who left a strong impression on me were Mike,Vernon, and Chaundra. I want to commend them for their excellent customer service. They took care of all my needs and made my stay very comfortable. When I extended my stay there on a number of oocassions, Mike allowed me to come down to process the extension at my convenience when another employee, consistently, on 2 occasions would not. I appreciate him tremendously for that. He obviously went above and beyond to take Care of me. Gabriel.

1. We'd a late check-in (delayed flights) and there was some fiasco with the reservation. Martha (at the front office) was extremely patient and helpful. She ensured we got access to our room promptly. 2. My wife forgot her wallet at a common area. Staff was kind (and honest) enough to collect it and hand it over to the front office. It was returned to us intact (thank you again Dwayne). You all saved us lot of harassment and anxiety.

We liked the layout of the king room. It was fairly new with lots of space to work and relax. Hotel is located near a lot of good Asian restaurants and stores. When AT&T shut down, we couldn't use Google Maps on our phones, so the front desk gal helped us out and printed out driving directions to the Space Center Houston. We would have been lost without the printed directions.

Staff were very helpful and kind. Any issues were taken care of promptly. Well maintained hotel and grounds. Pool clean and tidy. Washing facilities on site. Kitchenette was well stocked with cutlery and plates. Camden park right beside hotel- lovely park for a walk or for kids. Parking available. Target and whole foods is just a short distance away. Rooms comfortable and tidy.

The location was great for a brief visit- close to a great Mexican restaurant. The room was comfortable and equipped. The desk staff was nice. I didn’t eat breakfast but glad breakfast is included.
